  2. The Netherlands as a reliable ally
By hosting a well-organised summit, we can show that the Netherlands is an active and welcoming NATO ally. This can strengthen the Netherlands’ role in international cooperation.
  3. Greater diplomatic visibility
The Summit will bring world leaders, government ministers, diplomats and members of the media to The Hague. This gives the Netherlands more influence and benefits our partnerships with other countries. This is especially important in today’s uncertain world.

The forum is a public event at the summit location that will bring together experts, politicians, opinion makers, civil society organisations and various other groups to discuss the themes of the summit and developments around the world that affect our security. The NATO Public Forum can be followed online by the public in the Netherlands and worldwide.
